LOAD IN INSTRUCTIONS
EVENT HOURS
Saturday 9:30 am - 7 pm
Sunday 9:30 am - 6 pm
All vendors must be set up by 9:30 am on both Saturday and Sunday
Load In is Friday, March 20th between 12 noon and 8 pm.
The Expo vendor Check In gate is located on the North side of the facility on West Symphony Park Ave.

You will need to check in with the attendant at the vendor gate to enter the dock area for unloading.
You might be asked to stay lined up while other vendors clear the dock area.
After you're directed to drive inside the loading dock area to park and unload, please visit the vendor check in table located at the end of the south dock.
Please have your ID and booth number ready for check in.
You will also receive your Nevada tax instructions at check in
You will be given your Vendor Weekend Badges at check in.
You can purchase additional Vendor badges for $25 each at Vendor Check-In
Once checked in, you will have 25 minutes to unload your product at your space and then directed to leave the dock area.
We do this to help clear the area for other vendors to have the opportunity to unload.
After, you can park for free in the outside lot next the venue, located by the Vendor gate check in.
There is no vendor parking at the dock areas. Your vehicle will be towed by the Expo if left at the dock.
Both Saturday and Sunday, we will be open at 7 am for vendors and artists for early access.
There will be dock access on Saturday and Sunday between 7 am and 9:00 am for additional product load in.

Please note, our doors will open at 9:30 am sharp to attendees. You will not be allowed to have any product or any items that block the aisles after 9:30 am on either day.

At the end of the show, you are not allowed to load out until you are directed that it's clear to do so by an Anime Las Vegas.
