What you need:

1. Your Name (Your name will be listed in the meet up graphic we create and post here)

2. Meet up name. Example: Naruto Meet Up Anime Las Vegas 2026

3. Meet Up Location. (review the location options image above for location options)

4. Meet Up Date. Example: Saturday, March 21

5. Meet Up Time. Example: 3 pm

6. Find an image that represents your meet up. It can be a wallpaper of the show, character image, a past meet up picture, etc. Please make sure it's a clear, high resolution graphic

FINAL STEP

7. Send all the above information with an attached meet up image / graphic to support@animelasvegas.com

Make sure the email subject line is "Anime Las Vegas 2026 Meet Up".

NOTE* If you have a link you'd like to add to your meet up, for example a Facebook event link, Eventbrite link, discord link, etc..,add that to your email.

A link is not necessary to create a meet up.

​

Once you email us your meet up information, it will be reviewed, then approved and added to this page as an official meet up for everyone to see!
